Industrial Grade Hot Air Oven has double or triple walled construction with mild steel/ stainless steel inner having sufficient glass-wool insulation as per the temperature requirement. The Oven has mild steel made inner chamber that is painted with heat resisting silver paint and outer powder coated or enamel painted as required by the customer and door is fitted with heavy coated chrome plated hinges and spring and roller type latch-catch. The Oven is provided with adjustable wire mesh trays for better air circulation and the heating elements are made from quality grade resistance wire with refractory supports or stainless steel made tubular sheath heaters. The Industrial Grade Hot Air Oven has temperature control by liquid expansion type or by-metallic thermostat and digital temperature controller can be provided for pre-setting arrangement.
